On a Sunday afternoon, a mother overheard her five-year-old son and his friend talking as they sat on the steps of her front porch.
“Why does your family go to church on Sunday?” the friend asked. Her son answered, “To learn about God and how to pray.” His friend then asked, “What if you need God, and it’s not Sunday? What happens if you need God on a Tuesday?” Her son replied, “God is everywhere all the time, so He’d be helping me then, too.”
“But what if you’re alone on an island in the middle of the ocean?”
