Loud and clear
I listen, opening my thought—
no preconceptions when I pray.
I clear the clutter from my mind
to hear what Spirit has to say.
Perspective is the key, I find—
perceiving life through Spirit’s eyes,
accepting only righteous thoughts,
no second best, no compromise.
When I protect my consciousness,
no errant thought can interfere.
Today I stay above the fray,
where Spirit’s voice is loud and clear.
