> Tony Lobl, “Can we undistract our prayer time?” Sentinel, March 18, 2024
Right on! This subject isn’t covered often, but distractions certainly happen. So good you are writing about this.

I’ve gotten a lot out of this issue. Having recently reread the Gospels, I was impressed again with Christ Jesus’ strong words against evil in all its forms. The words annihilate, obliterate, destroy, vanquish as employed by Mark Raffles in “Face down what’s false,” were spot on—perfect, in fact—when facing down evil. Also, I received much inspiration from “And who is my neighbor?” by Robin Hoagland, “Make demands on Love” by Owen C. Thomas, and the Kids’ article, “Love helped the wren” by Deborah Harris. Truly, an inspired issue.

> Karen Neff, “Learning to float,” Sentinel, March 4, 2024
I want to thank the author for her wonderful article. It just met my need today when I was in the grip of worrying about so many things. I loved her analogy of floating, which is so easy to understand and so helpful.
