“Start where you are . . .

Our prayers today are a form of the leaven of Truth that the world needs. And we can start right where we are, no matter how daunting world issues may seem. We can begin with a single thought—because if we’re thinking about something in the world, we can be praying about it.
As we increasingly let go of outlining how our needs should be met, our trust in God grows, and we are able to relinquish fears and human expectations.
Whenever there seems uncertainty concerning the future, we can trust in the all-knowing Mind, which answers every need.
To demonstrate the fact that safety for all was assured because it was maintained by God, it was vital to see that God was the only power operating and that God was the only presence.
I know that God, who is Love, takes care of me and never stops.
I looked at my hands, and they were completely clear—no trace of warts! I was amazed and sat there silently praising God during the rest of the church service.
I was able to walk home unaided, and the next day I walked my usual distance of four to five miles.
When concern set in that this was a serious injury, a still, small voice in my thought reminded me, “What cannot God do?” I hadn’t felt this close to Him in a long time.
Salvation is an enduring theme in Scripture, celebrated throughout Hebrew history.
