God’s glorious day
In the morning hush, “God is All-in-all”
Rings clear in thought, for me and mine and all,
Embraces community and brotherhood—
God’s perfect creation understood.
Held in the arms of Love divine,
Beauty, grandeur, and order are mine.
Nothing—no thing, no person, no place—
Is able to separate us from God’s grace.
Love is all Science, all presence, all power
Underlying, overlying, encompassing each hour
With holiness, harmony, immortality—today.
The Christ-idea shows us this way.
Thank you, dear Father-Mother God
For this: Your perfect, glorious day.
