I simply want to thank the author for this article. It is, to say the least, timely. Our world needs healing, and the article offers the way to go about it.

This is just what I needed. There have been many times that I’ve discovered myself metaphorically grasping a sharp pencil and unwilling to let go. I was holding on to jobs, relationships, hobbies, and things, even though they weren’t in the best interest of my spiritual progress. This article so clearly brings to the front of thought the importance of being willing to joyfully accept whatever good God has for us and let go of human will.

Thank you for this editorial’s even-handedness, calmness, and clarity, which go out to separate the harried impulse from the steady grace of love and self-effacement from simple humility. This is a prayer-balm on the heart of mankind.
