Eye condition healed

I want to share the healing experience that brought me into the beautiful path of Christian Science. Around four years back, I was having trouble with my eyes. At the time, I was also taking violin lessons from a dear friend. Although I was unaware of Christian Science or her association with it, my friend had taken Primary class instruction in Christian Science and had become a Christian Science practitioner part time. 

One day after my violin class, I told her about my eye condition, as I was in search of a good eye specialist. After a few days, I visited a renowned doctor in the city along with my husband, and the doctor suggested that I try some eye drops, which I did. He also asked me to come back after a week for a checkup. 

During that week, my violin teacher introduced me to Christian Science and shared some of her healing experiences with me. She also explained how prayer can be so effective and that any kind of healing is very much possible by depending on God. She invited me to attend a public Christian Science lecture that week, before my eye checkup. The lecture was about how we all can claim health as our birthright, based on the teachings of the Bible, including those of Christ Jesus.
