The Love that answers caregivers’ cries for help
Many of us have cried out for help when it seems we are carrying a load too heavy to bear—perhaps often when we’re in the role of caregiver. Whether we are a parent taking care of young children, an adult assisting one or both parents, or in a variety of other situations, the demands of caregiving can appear monumental.
While we may be willing to bear the major responsibility, it can be tempting to feel resentful when either there are no resources for outside help or those who could and should pitch in are not doing their part.
