No more foot pain
Over a period of several months my feet ached, on and off, for no particular reason. I’ve always relied on God for my health needs, and I felt confident that this issue could be healed through prayer.
I’ve learned that when I pray for healing, it’s not about trying to fix or change my body. Instead, prayer lifts my thought away from the body and its symptoms or sensations to the nature of God. When the understanding of God as all good, all-loving, all-powerful, and purely spiritual fills my thought, healing is the result.
In this case, three beautiful verses from the book of Isaiah became the basis of my prayer (52: 7, 9, 10):
