Condition on leg healed
I grew up in Nigeria, and from a child I felt a close relationship to God. I always wanted to know more about God and to please Him. I talked to Him as a friend. I always believed God takes care of His own.
It was when I was praying to know God better that I found Christian Science through a friend who gave me copies of The Christian Science Journal and Sentinel. I loved these magazines, and I agreed with the ideas in them, which seemed so natural to me.
I started attending a local church in Lagos that is a branch of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston (The Mother Church). And I later became a member of that branch.
