Finding home
The tears caught me by surprise. I’d been so pumped for the new school year and my classes, but on Monday morning my throat hurt and I felt a chill as I was getting dressed for the day. “Are you OK?” my roommate asked.
Curled up on my bed, all I could do was shake my head “no.”
