Just a thank you for the beautiful photography in the May 13 Sentinel. I was particularly struck by the photo on page 13 (the page most appropriately captioned “Spiritual Lens”), which is arresting and thought provoking in so many ways. I also loved the cover photo of the steps leading up toward the light—again, a very nice message subtly given. The fact that they are photos and not paintings helps, too, because they give glimpses of everyday realities, not idealized views.

Of course, the words were great, too! Thanks for the weekly treat of the Sentinel.
