Freed from night terrors and insomnia

For years I would react to stress with insomnia, and, when I did sleep, I was often awakened by frightening dreams and images that even had me bolting out of bed, heart racing, as if someone or something were lurking in the shadows.   In order to find relief I turned to a meditation practice that involved silently repeating passages from inspirational texts, including the Bible.
