Safe on my horse

One day, I was having a horseback riding lesson. I was jumping a small course when the horse decided to jump out of the ring. The ring was made of railroad ties, so it was easy for him to jump out. But then he bucked and ran full speed with me on his back. He was running on the hard ground around the stable, which was near the freeway. It was probably the fastest I've ever gone on horseback. I tried to hold on very tight and stop the horse. I even thought about jumping off.

It was very hard to think, but then I had an angel thought from God. It said, "I'm in God's hands and can't fall out of Love divine." God was right there with me. Another thought from God also told me the ground was too hard to jump off.

I think the horse heard an angel thought, too, because the gates were all wide open and he could have kept on running. But finally, I got the horse slowed down to a walk, and he stopped! We were both safe.
