SEVERE RASH HEALED

Through my study of Christian Science and many healings, I've learned that God's care and love for us are always present. Sometimes the healings I've had were quick, and others took longer, but there has always been healing. This was the case for me during February 2009.

An itchy rash had appeared on both of my thighs, which eventually spread over my whole body. I prayed about this daily.

In addition to studying the weekly Christian Science Bible Lesson, often I would say the Lord's Prayer out loud, as well as the daily prayer from the Church Manual (see p. 41). I also considered the ideas in what Mary Baker Eddy referred to as "the scientific statement of being" from Science and Health (see p. 468). I focused my thoughts on being more humble, and letting in more Christlike thoughts.
