A house of thanks

Being thankful can be a lot of fun, as two kids from Florida discovered. Daniel and Alan, together with their Sunday School teacher, decided to build a "house of thanks." Here's what they did: They took each letter of the alphabet and focused on things to be thankful for that started with that letter. For example, the letter W gave them ideas like "wisdom," "worship," "wellness," and "work" to thank God for.

Daniel and Alan wrote all the things they were thankful for on strips of paper. Then they taped these strips onto the sides of a large cardboard box. Here you can see some of their words on the F list:

The house took shape when they added a roof and gave the house its title: "The ABC's of our thanks to God."
