There's a vast worldwide discussion going on, in the media and across thousands of websites and Internet blogs, about what makes marriage work—and what doesn't. How vast? On any given day, you can find at least a couple of hundred media stories worldwide on "successful marriage," and over 151 million mentions on the Internet.
