NOT UP AND DOWN, JUST EVEN
Looking for thoughts on how to beat business stress, especially in today's economic climate, the Sentinel; Rosalie Dunbar spoke with Pamela Faatz and Eric Nager. Pamela reported on the markets and financial issues for CNBC for several years. Currently a producer for Merrill Lynch's corporate television network, she holds a master's degree in international economics and finance and lives near New York City.
For nearly nine years, Eric has been an investment advisor representative with Southern Capital Services, a registered investment advisory firm in Daphne, Alabama, with a national client base. Prior to that, he worked in the business side of publishing. Eric holds a master's degree in business administration.
Researchers say that close to 80 percent of all doctor visits are attributed to stress. How do you deal with stress in your own workday, especially given today's financial instabilities?
