CHEST PAIN AND WEAKNESS HEALED

One Thursday morning early in 2007 I was substituting in a bridge game at our community clubhouse when I began to feel ill.
I'm grateful for an experience I once had, which not only involved overcoming a physical challenge, but taught me some important lessons on how to more effectively give a Christian Science treatment, or earnest and specific prayer applied to a situation that needs healing.
Years ago, when our son was just seven weeks old, I began to understand one of the most valuable truths taught in Christian Science: that even in a frightening situation, I could trust God's love to dissolve my fear; I could turn to Him with confidence and see my children protected, loved, and healed.

LIFE AND INTELLIGENCE HAVE NEVER BEEN CONFINED TO MATTER, TO ORGANIC CHEMICALS OR ELECTRICAL IMPULSES.
