What a great issue the June 4 Sentinel is ["You can live free of disease"], from Nat Talbot's article "Don't learn to live with it!" to Patricia Kadick's powerful interview with Ted Savchenko! I've already heard testimonies given in church in which people quoted from the last paragraph of that article, where he declares that "there is no obligation to experience disease."
This issue crosses swords with and destroys any sense of settling for being faithful but unhealed, or a stoical sufferer who tends a list of chronic ills and tries to live with them.
