Always in God's care

I was out in the park playing soccer with my friends when my shoelace came untied. I didn't notice it when I was chasing after the ball. But when I went over a little cement pathway, I tripped on the shoelace and fell headfirst onto the path. My cheek, my right knee, and my shoulder were pretty beat up, plus I had a big bump on my forehead.

My mom took me to the car so we could be alone and pray. The first thing I thought was that could never fall out of God's care. That I was always in God's care. I had learned this from my mom.

After talking about more truths with me, Mom and I opened a Science and Health to the question "What is man?" on page 475. The answer really inspired me. The first line said, "Man is not matter; he is not made up of brain, blood, bones, and other material elements."
