IMMEDIATE PRAYER PROVES EFFECTIVE

My husband and I live on the coast in New Zealand. Every day when I open the curtains, I give thanks to God for the beauty and grandeur expressed in the surrounding sea, islands, and mountains. I declare that today is His day and there is no night in my day — my day is already planned by Him and can only be filled with unfolding good.

I also pray daily to see myself and everyone as ageless, spiritual ideas, unaffected by the various medical conditions or other impositions often attached to growing older. This prayer provides protection from whatever denies my spiritual perfection throughout the day.

The importance of this protective prayer was proved to me several months ago when I fell headfirst down a steep slope on our property.
