When gratitude changed me
FLORA CAPARROS Sao Caetano do Sul, Brazil
GRATITUDE for healing transformed the lives of me and my family 38 years ago. I became acquainted with Christian Science at a very difficult time in life. My two youngest sons, who were then four and eight, suffered from asthmatic bronchitis, and I had periodic crises of cardiac arrhythmia, which made me faint. To top this off, my youngest son also had tonsillitis.
I'll never forget the day when my sister and a friend gave me the book Science and Health. I read a little, and quickly decided to visit a Christian Science practitioner in Sao Paulo, asking her to help me with our health problems through prayer.
