"...A STILL SMALL VOICE."
MIGHTIER than the waves of the sea
When we heard of the horrible disaster due to the earthquake and tsunami waves in South Asia, my heart went out with deep compassion to the suffering people in all the affected countries, including my own India. My first prayerful thought was that God is Love, and that He is in control of His entire universe. This creation embraces every individual, everywhere, and I prayed to fully understand that God was meeting everyone's need. I have found this to be true in my own life so many times, and I base my understanding of this spiritual fact on this sentence from Science and Health: "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need" (p. 494).
