Through a spiritual lens
THE SKY'S THE LIMIT
Ideas are all around us—if only we're prepared to look for them. They can come in a flash. And often it's the ordinary things in life that strike the imagination and inspire. That's what I love to capture with my photography.
One day I went to the shopping center near where I live and walked into the car park. It had just been built. I went with a very open mind, but uncertain as to why I was going there. How could an essentially functional car park—made of concrete and filled with metal, man-made machines—become a beautiful photograph for the world to admire?
Looking up, I saw this image, clicked, and knew I had captured something special. I felt totally fulfilled and enriched. My eye had climbed up the different floors and been released into the sky. Lifted to a higher plane, my thoughts opened to new horizons and infinite possibilities. The sky was the limit.
