Several recent issues have really been helpful to us. One of them was the September 13 issue on Korea. Our children were born in that country, so we have been praying about the problems there since we picked up our son 19 years ago, this January. We are very glad to have you and your readers joining us in our prayers for that area.
The issue "Weighing in on obesity" [October 4] was good for everyone. I wrote down many good ideas to pray with from that issue.
The issue about "No lost causes" [October 11] was also special, and perfectly timed for me to give to a friend who was just diagnosed with arthritis and was feeling very discouraged. I am praying that she reads it.
