EXERCISE YOUR SPIRITUAL POWER
CYNICISM. POLITICS. ELECTIONS. These three subjects appear to be constantly intertwined today. And as the political campaigns for the upcoming United States elections move forward full speed, the cynicism seems to be gaining its own momentum. Fed by the tone in much of the media's reporting and advertising, many people say they feel that it probably doesn't matter whom they vote for, or whether they even go to the polls. In the current climate, which often encourages a sneering distrust and disparagement of political leaders and candidates, what can be done to avoid getting caught up in the pessimistic atmosphere? And beyond that, is there something you can do to counter the tide of cynicism and promote a healthier environment for progress?
PRAYER SUPPORTS THE INHERENT INTEGRITY, COMPASSION, AND HUMILITY OF ALL OF GOD'S PEOPLE.
