Matters of the HEART
VALENTINE'S DAY HAD COME AGAIN! It made me mad. Oh, I liked the chocolates and red hearts and pretty flowers as much as anyone else. What made me mad was that no one sent me any.
Let me start at the beginning.
When I was a little girl, Valentine's Day was wonderful. Family members would give each other little pink and red gifts. Children at school would give tiny greeting cards to each other. The stores were filled with lacy goods and chocolate. It was all fun.
