How I got a LIFE
I remember only two things from the year 1990. The birth of my niece, DiDi, and the week of vacation I took off to see her when she was just a few days old. The rest of that year is a blur, a time consumed by my job, with its 16-hour workdays spilling into weekends—demanding work that chewed us up and spit us out tired and frustrated.
I remember almost screaming, "I need a life!"
