THE KIDS TALK ABOUT BUILDING THEIR HOME
We were drawing a picture of our house, and we put up blocks filled with God's ideas for our foundation.
Mollie: All I can say is, it's so nice to hear the cold wind blow outside—and I am inside in a warm house where the wind can't get me. Now, when I look at our little building blocks on the wall, I can see how each one of them is a part of our home. Patience: It took a lot of patience on everyone's part, but it was worth it. Beauty: Our house really is beautiful. Love: A lot of love went into building this home. And I don't take things for granted anymore, like running water and heat. It's nice to have a dishwasher to do the dishes so we don't have to do them in the shower in the basement. I am very grateful for everything God has given us.
