Matty the Prayer Warrior
My son, Matthew Leggett, made this card (with my help) for the firemen in NYC soon after September 11. We knew they had lost many men, and Matty's heart poured out to them. He goes around the house praying to God about whatever need arises—sad firemen, VCRs, Dad's truck, lost items. He's a real prayer warrior, a blessing to have around. His prayers are simple and powerful and humbling to hear. He's four and our visiting angel. Hope you enjoy the photo!
