Who would ever sabotage his or her own happiness? Yet, in a way, that's exactly what I had done.
Knowing the long travel schedule I faced the next day, and that I would be able to catch only a few hours of sleep prior to taking an early-morning flight, I was convinced that the day following would not be a good one. Sure enough, by the time I arrived at my final destination I was not a happy camper.
