Prayer
Duane Valentry
Keep my thoughts, dear Shepherd,
Safe like sheep within Thy fold.
Keep me wise,
For Thou art wisdom;
Keep me strong,
For Thou art strength;
My time of needing Thee
Is every hour.
Keep my thoughts, O Shepherd,
Safe like sheep within Thy fold,
Where there are no shadows
And I know Thee as God alone.
