Dear Sentinel

Dear Sentinel,

When we first moved, there were only a few weeks of school left. My sister made a lot of friends fast. But even after a little while, I didn't know anyone. It was kind of scary. I started praying, knowing that God was with me and that He was my friend. I knew I could trust God.

One day at noon I was wandering around the playground. One of the students in my class came up to me and began introducing me to other people she knew. We began playing, but I still felt a little left out, because I didn't know a lot of the people in this group. Still she was nice, and I played with her through the end of the year.
