As we were thinking in advance about this week's issue, the crash of TWA flight 800, the terrorist attack in Saudi Arabia, and the Atlanta bombing were much in our thoughts.

In its deepest sense, repentance has to do with a change in our concept of God.

Terror has no power because the divine Principle, Love, is in control.

I go to bed happily,For nighttime holds no fear;When I say "good night" at bedtime,I know God's love is here.

In our day-to-day lives we all have opportunities to increase our understanding of eternal life.

Steve Morgenthaler retired last June after twenty years spent coaching sport and teaching at Principia College, Elsah, Illinois.

The prayer had simply begun, welling up in my heart, without my really knowing exactly when.
