My first testimony appeared over twenty years ago
My first testimony appeared over twenty years ago. There were many healings I did not write about then, and I would like to share some of them now in the hope that this will help some parents of today, many of whom are raising children alone.
Both of my children were under six years of age when their father passed away after a long illness. I felt that I was in a deep dark sea. All I had to hang on to was God and Christian Science.
A church member who visited me at that time mentioned this statement from Psalm 23: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil" (verse 4). He pointed out that we walk through. We don't need to linger. This helped me to overcome grief and fear.
