"Thy neighbour as thyself"

"Have you hugged yourself today?"
An angel message came to say.
"If God loves you, can you do less?
Then give yourself a firm caress—
at least one shoulder pat per day
to show yourself you know Truth's way.
You have to love yourself before
that love can touch the heart next door."
