Challenges: steppingstones to dominion
Sometimes it seems impossible to get "up" for the day ahead—especially when we're facing the challenge of ill health, financial worries, or perhaps a relationship problem. And if the difficulty has been going on for a long time, it can feel as if we'll never get free.
But through the action of Christ, the true idea of God, we can find freedom. By embracing the spiritual fact of man's oneness with God, and reasoning from the basis of God's omnipotent goodness, we find our way, step by step, out of illness, worry, and other difficulties. Challenges, we learn, can become stepping-stones to dominion.
I've found it very helpful to recognize that challenges are actually opportunities to realize that life is more spiritual, and therefore more fulfilling, than I've been thinking it is. Does that sound odd? Well, let me explain what I mean.
