Richmond Hill Update
From Richmond Hill Update, April 1993 "Telling the truth" Ben Campbell, an Episcopal priest, is Pastoral Director of Richmond Hill, an urban retreat center for the city of Richmond, Virginia.
"Healing in human society usually involves telling the truth about what needs to be healed. There are always people who don't want the issues raised because they are profiting in the short term from denying the problem of blaming someone else. Thus, the classic situation in an unhealed city is groups of enraged and depressed people and other groups of people who say there is no problem, or that the problem is that others are enraged or depressed.
