God exists!
Even if we think we've lost faith, the reality of God is here to save us.
Original in Spanish
Have you ever doubted the existence of Deity? When distrust and uncertainty about God's existence try to dominate us, we can take the opportunity to become acquainted with God and to feel His presence. We don't need to get discouraged because we don't see God, infinite Spirit, with our eyes. It is spiritual sense—rather than the material senses—that perceives the infinite and incorporeal Principle, God. Perhaps we believe that the teachings we have received about God are insufficient to solve our problems or satisfy our desire for a more stable happiness, health, and lasting peace. But God has promised us in the Bible that He is present to help us. Nothing is nearer to us than our loving creator, and we can experience proofs of His presence in our daily lives.
The Bible is the source of true knowledge about God. The study of the Scriptures and particularly the gospel of Christ Jesus—his teachings and healings—shows how understanding the wholly good nature of God restores health and harmony. Christian Science, as Mary Baker Eddy called her discovery, is a spiritual, scientific study of the divine law of being. In Science and Health Mrs. Eddy gives this illuminating explanation of Deity: "God. The great I am ; the all-knowing, all-seeing, all-acting, all-wise, all-loving, and eternal; Principle; Mind; Soul; Spirit; Life; Truth; Love; all substance; intelligence."
