In Christian Science I learned that we are children of God
In Christian Science I learned that we are children of God. We express all that God is. God is good; therefore if something seems to make me feel bad, I know that it can't be the truth, because God didn't create it. Then I pray in order to see what is true.
One time I began to feel ill. My stomach hurt and I had a fever. People where I live had these symptoms. They were told by doctors that they had an illness caused by a virus.
With Mama I prayed the Lord's Prayer (Matthew), and we talked about its meaning. I understood that God is our true Father-Mother. He is the cause or source of my life; therefore I am really spiritual and must express health, joy, and strength, which come from God. Because God, Love, is caring for us and sustaining us, He only allows us to feel His peace and goodness.
