Annual Meeting 1991
The Annual Meeting of The Mother Church will convene on Monday, June 3. The meeting this year will consist of "the reports of Treasurer, Clerk, and Committees, and general reports from the Field," as provided by Mrs. Eddy in the Manual of The Mother Church (Art. XIII, Sect. 1).
Members' generous contributions, which continue to come in response to recent mailings from the Treasurer, are highly important. In light of the Treasurer's letters, members may want to forgo a trip to Boston this year in order to contribute more to Mother Church activities at this time. Two articles in The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany by Mary Baker Eddy are rewarding to read in this context. See Miscellany, "Holiday Gifts" and "A Word from the Directors, May, 1905," pp. 20–21 .
