FINDING LIGHT
"Freedom of the heart, of the mind, of the country"
Who couldn't use more light, more clarity in a time of questioning? And if we are in the middle of our own search for light, it sometimes helps to hear the experiences of other "honest seekers for Truth" —as they are called in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. This feature records some experiences that may be useful to those who are looking for new answers.
The following interview with a woman in the German Democratic Republic telescopes the past forty years, from her introduction to Christian Science by a Russian soldier at the end of World War II, through the decades when holding Christian Science church services and traveling to the West were illegal, to the current surge of freedom in her country.
This feature shows something of the wide range of seekers and the way in which the light of Christ, Truth, restores, redirects, and regenerates lives.
