The following healing was outstanding to me early in my study of Christian Science. The healing occurred some twenty-five years ago and has been such a foundation stone for me.

As a young married woman (before I was introduced to Christian Science), I suffered from a skin disease on my hands that was very painful. A doctor had prescribed several different medicines, but no cure had resulted.

After I started studying Christian Science, this condition recurred and became very aggressive. I knew various material treatments had not been the answer for a cure, so I did not use medication but turned to God for spiritual healing.
