One of the many healings I have had took place many years ago when my family was just beginning the study of Christian Science. I fell and broke my arm. My parents felt it advisable to have it set by the doctor who had been our family doctor prior to our turning to Science. When the cast was taken off, it was discovered that the arm was crooked. This necessitated, according to the doctors, breaking the arm and starting all over again. That was enough! As a family it was agreed that our course was clear—we would turn wholly to Christian Science. A Christian Science practitioner was called for prayerful help.

One day I realized the arm was straight and normal again. We were indeed grateful for this healing. Needless to say we began to study Science even more, and I remember the many healings that followed in the wake of this experience.
