FOR CHILDREN
Something special Wednesday night
One Wednesday evening when I was little I asked Mom and Dad to let me go to the Christian Science testimony meeting with them.
At first they said it was past my bedtime, but finally they said I could go if I'd be good. That was the beginning of my going to church on Wednesday night pretty regularly. I'm glad. I learned a lot there.
Sometimes it was hard to sit still. And I'd get the giggles for no reason at all. Sometimes there were big words and long sentences in the readings, and I couldn't understand them all. But the fidgets and giggles went away right after I began listening for something that was specially for me.
