Years ago a dear Christian woman in a mid-western town saw my mother's need and responded by introducing her to Christian Science. I will always be grateful for this. At the time I was a little girl, but after witnessing my mother's healing, I loved everything I heard about this new-old religion. Even though I put Science aside for future study, I knew in my heart that someday it would be everything to me, and so it has proved to be.
I would like to share with you a recent healing. For some time, perhaps a year and a half, I had been having dizzy spells. They didn't occur in the daytime but were especially troublesome at night whenever I changed position in bed. Then in the morning I would have to sit on the side of the bed until the dizziness subsided.
From time to time I had help from a Christian Science practitioner. Consequently, fear of the attacks greatly lessened. Whenever there was an occurrence I would declare my inseparability from God and affirm His tremendous love for all of His children. I cherished His all-presence and all-power and acknowledged that it was impossible for man, His very expression, to have or experience sickness, since God, Love itself, couldn't.
