FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Stay on the trail
The hike to the top of Lookout Mountain with her two brothers had been strenuous for Joleen but worth it. The view above the clouds took her breath away.
But trudging down the trail that switched back and forth, she wished she could stop and rest. Ahead of her, Art and Steve were dim outlines in the thick clouds that swirled up from the canyon below.
"Come on, Joleen," Art urged. "You can rest when we get back to camp."
