The lawsuit in Concord, New Hampshire, against the Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy has ended with the plaintiff's withdrawing his case. This step was taken following a hearing on November 30, 1982, on the Trustees' motion to dismiss what was termed a totally ill-founded lawsuit.
