Healing seasonal ailments

Many people have found that even a gleam of spiritual understanding in Christian Science has healed them of some ailment considered to be seasonal. Even one pure glimpse of divine Love's healing power can bring freedom from a physical discord.

But such a healing is really an invitation to explore more deeply. It leads us to the threshold of the pure spiritual Science that can also destroy more stubborn and deeply entrenched forms of sickness.

Even the simplest healing in Christian Science involves an acknowledgment on the part of the healer that divine Love's curative power is real, available, and good—and that physical discord of any kind is not real in God's sight. It includes the recognition that God does not send discords, because they are totally contrary to His very nature as indestructible Life, harmonious Love, pure good; that they do not have any place in the experience of the man He has made; and that their apparent presence can be utterly dissolved by the might of omnipresent Love.
